Ginny King (Virginia King on the Zumba.com - Zumba Instructor Network) lives in Old Lyme and is a Certified Health and Phys. Ed Teacher and Weight Room Coach at Valley Regional High School. She teaches Zumba in her Phys. Ed. and PE Fit Classes while also leading a Zumba Song at Halftime of the goPINK Football Game each year to raise money for the goPINK Project! Ginny has had the gamut of age groups participating in her Zumba Classes from age 12 (middle schoolers) to age 85! She shows modifications while teaching for people with previous injuries, thus her classes provide movement for all abilities and dance levels. Come out and “Rock on with your Bad Self!”
